Christi Lanzara grew up in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and currently resides there as well. She earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science and has had many years of experience in the medical field as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She also has experience in the field of education as a preschool teacher. Over

the course of the last decade, Christi has taken an interest in functional medicine and truly believes it has improved the health of her family and serves as prevention of illness. The knowledge she obtained, coupled with previous experience, allows her to integrate patient care and continue her passion for helping people. Christi enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her husband, Nick is a firefighter. Grace is a high school student.  Michael is a middle school student. And, of course, cannot forget the dogs, Libby and Nala.

Marla Bridges

Marla Bridges is a Cleveland (Pepper Pike), Ohio native who has been in the medical field for over 15 years. After college, The College of Wooster, Marla moved to Philadelphia, PA where she started a career path within the juvenile social system. There in Philadelphia Marla worked closely with the then Juvenile District Attorney developing several curriculums and program to address the truancy epidemic in Philadelphia. After 8 years of living in Philadelphia, Marla returned to Ohio to pursue a deeper passion she had in serving the public and that was through the medical field. Marla spent @ 6 years as a medical assistant/health care coordinator at Cleveland Clinic. There Marla performed phlebotomy, admitting new patients, ordering lab testing for doctors and anything else the patient needed in order to make their hospital stay as pleasant as possible. From there Marla worked as Practice Manager of a surgical clinic. When she wasnít assisting the doctor with surgical procedures, she was managing a staff of 15 employees, training staff on insurance and office policies, ordering supplies and medication and budgeting an entire program with 2 million dollars per fiscal year.  Just prior to joining the Pure Health team, Marla was the Program Manager for a hyperbaric oxygen therapy center. Educating patients on alternative methods of self-care outside of western medicine. Marla enjoys spending time with her husband and 11-year-old son traveling, reading and trying new foods. 

Dr. Dayna's interest in Chiropractic started in high school when she was going through her first episode of low back pain. It was her continued journey from specialist to specialist that deepened her passion for learning about the body.   She received her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2007. In addition to her studies helping people with pain and functional movement, additional areas of study include concussions, neurodevelopmental disorders (ADD, ADHD, and autism), and vestibular therapy. Her post-graduate studies in neurology were completed with the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies, and she received her diplomat in Chiropractic Neurology through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in 2008.  Additional certifications Dr. Dayna holds include BCIA certification in neurofeedback, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and she has completed her 200 hour training as a Yoga instructor. In her spare time, Dr. Dayna enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Joe, and dog, Theo.
