MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Dayna's interest in Chiropractic started in high school when she was going through her first episode of low back pain. It was her continued journey from specialist to specialist that deepened her passion for learning about the body. She received her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2007. In addition to her studies helping people with pain and functional movement, additional areas of study include concussions, neurodevelopmental disorders (ADD, ADHD, and autism), and vestibular therapy. Her post-graduate studies in neurology were completed with the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies, and she received her diplomat in Chiropractic Neurology through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in 2008. Additional certifications Dr. Dayna holds include BCIA certification in neurofeedback, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and she has completed her 200 hour training as a Yoga instructor. In her spare time, Dr. Dayna enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Joe, and dog, Theo.
